1.Refunds are only applicable for canceled orders made at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery.
2. If an order is incorrect or undelivered due to our fault, a full refund or replacement will be provided.
3. Payment returns for failed transactions will be processed within 5-7 business days.
4. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and cannot be transferred to another account.
5. Customized and special event orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
